TwitchApp is a Windows desktop application designed to help Twitch streamers manage stream overlays, donations, chat, OBS control, and related tools from a single dashboard. It optionally integrates with YouTube to display live chat and stream status.
TwitchApp is provided under a personal, non-transferable license. Each license key is valid for use by one person on their own Twitch/YouTube channel. You may not:
TwitchApp integrates with third-party platforms including Twitch, YouTube, OBS Studio, DonationAlerts, StreamElements, and DonatePay. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect application functionality.
TwitchApp's use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

We may release updates to TwitchApp at any time. Updates may be delivered automatically. We reserve the right to discontinue the application or any feature at any time without prior notice.
TwitchApp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all system configurations. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwitchApp and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including loss of revenue, data, or stream downtime.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
